Checking Your Product on Delivery
When your order is delivered by our rider, please inspect the item carefully before signing the delivery note.
Make sure the packaging is sealed and the product is in proper physical condition.
Please note that this section applies only to standard returns and exchanges for online purchases. Separate terms may apply to cancellations and faulty products.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Refunds or exchanges are not applicable once a product has been unsealed or used by the customer.
- You may request a return or exchange within 1 day of receiving your order.
- Products must be returned in their original sealed packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- The original invoice must be provided.
- Accessories may have different conditions, specified at the time of purchase.
Refund & Exchange Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
- Exchanges will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
- If there is a price difference, it will be adjusted via the original payment method.
- Items returned in unsuitable or damaged condition may be declined.
Promotional Products
For purchases made under promotions such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free, bundled offers, or discounted add-ons:
- The entire promotional set must be returned for a refund.
- Partial returns of promotional sets will not be accepted.
